Not the best experience, after a long wait I was given a car that was dirty, smelled of cigarette, and had the "service led" turned on. Was immediatly given another car that was ok, but needed an oil change long before our rental, I only found out later. Everything went fine in the end.
Since Covid, this establish has actually improved! Super- fast check-ins. Congratulations.
Amazing customer service. We rented car in Vermont and was not given car seat at rental site. My wife and 3yo met up in Montreal and after trying one other budget shop and 2 other services we we're lucky enough to find this branch. They helped us get a car seat so we could safely travel with our child and went above and beyond what was required of them to help us in the kindest way possible. Great branch!!!
