Run don't walk from these bums. They refused to honor a price quoted on line to my daughter and when I asked what their new price was, it was over 5 times higher than the original quote. And I didn't have many options because it was just before Christmas and I wanted my daughter. I was able to get another car at about half the price, but it took my a while because of the holiday coming up. I rent from Budget on business but only as a last resort. They have lost thousands of dollars, but customer service does not seem to be important to them. These bums are a rip off and I would stay way away from them! I wouldn't want them to do to you what they did to my daughter!

We booked a car several days before picking it up and arriving we are told that there is currently no vehicle until 30-45 minutes. We sign the contract corresponding to our reservation. Once the vehicle arrives, the clerk makes us complete a new contract without notifying us of changes including a 5% increase in vehicle price. In addition, the rental office is sordid, it is excessively hot, the room is really small and there are no chairs. I advise against using their services. Instead, go to Enterprise on Mount Royal.

Pick up at the center at the H10 hotel. You enter through the lobby itself. The one who served us SUPER friendly. We arrived in advance and without embarrassment we washed and vacuumed the car right there. A 10 as a service. It is worth moving in uber through Montreal and taking the car on the last day before leaving on the road
