I've rented here a couple of times. Nice, clean cars both times. No problems when returning the cars too. Also, the rate is often better than other agencies I've compared.

Perfect and easy return of the car. It would be helpful to receive the PIN for the garage beforehand but as we took it from a different city, this is ok. Staff was super friendly!

I recommend this place to everyone. The stuffs are polite, friendly and professional. It's been more than a year I'm renting cars from this location and not even one bad experience (which is pretty rare). They always give me a free upgrade with exciting cars. The price could be more expensive compare to other locations but it's absolutely worthy.

I usually rent at Enterprise on St-Laurent but tried these guys since I needed a car on Sunday. I had ordered a standard/full size from the website but upon arrival was provided with a small SUV with US plates. This was very annoying as I have kids and could hardly fit all of our stuff into the vehicle. I couldn't see through the rear view mirror, making for dangerous driving conditions. I complained to the guy behind the counter and he told me I was lucky to get anything at all... apparently, sometimes they won't even provide you with car, even if you have reserved ahead of time. What?! I have never had this problem up at Enterprise. So I will not be coming back.
