Amazing customer service. Friendly, professional, thorough. When I misplaced the key fob, David went over and above the call of duty to help me find a solution. The team at the St-Jacques location, who were also part of the key fob solution, were equally fantastic. Bravo.
After calling a first time, waiting 25 minutes in front of an empty desk, and calling again, I still no one showing up. Around 40 mins after my reservation time, a girl arrived, nonchalantly and not caring a bit in the world that if you make a car reservation, it's probably because you have something to attend. She looked annoyed that I was not happy. I told her that if I did a reservation at a certain time, it was because I needed it at that time. She answered: "well, I had to go get the car. If you wanted me to be there at 2, you would not have the car"
How can you run a business like that? Get that car ready at the time of my reservation.
Fast, efficient and friendly service and a lovely modern car with lots of extra! Although we did go to the wrong location at first, it's at 50 Rene Levesque Ouest :)
