Excellent vehicle ... excellent service .. I recommend
First, no interpersonal from the manager, it must be said that it was approximately 16 hours 45 and his office closed at 17 hours. Then, the inspection before taking possession of the car was very brief, outside under a temperature of -20 degrees and a rather dark lighting, while the car was in the garage warm and in the light at my arrival. Secondly, the vehicle was lacking windshields, so I was told to fill fluids before returning. I did not make a mistake in assuming that the former tenant had simply forgotten to give it back, but there was no sign that the level was low or empty. On my return, the people on the spot went around the car with me, everything seemed ok, I reported having had ice wiper troubles with the vehicle since the first day. I get a call 5 minutes later from the lady, reproaching me for having damaged the front bumper and the container of lava windows, and claiming that I call my assurances. To finally receive a $ 1000 bill a month later. Thank you Enterprise
