Excellent service from the staff of the Thetford Mines branch who 'turned back on a 10 cent' to get me the vehicle I had reserved, despite the obvious problems with the reservation system through the WEB.
This is the reason why I give 4 stars: WEB reservation gives a message to call a phone number to be sure to have our reservation .... and when you call the number, the person tells you that you can book through the WEB.
Great service at Thetford Mines
No complaints, friendly and efficient service
We had reserved a truck to move. When you spend 1 month later to settle the invoice and confirm the reservation, you are told that the employee who gave this price no longer works there, and that he should not have given this price, and that no reservation has been made, despite our name being entered on the right date in a calendar.
Car rental $ 30 but $ 150 hidden fee very very cheated
