I recently worked with Jeff to assess placing a property up for sale. He came to meet my Mom and I with Charlie, who is also from Sunnyside Realty. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They were flexible, understood our needs, and were not pressuring at all. I would highly recommend Sunnyside Realty.

We didn’t know any realtors and were referred to Sunnyside. Jeff is a local and cares about the community and the people in it. He went above and beyond not just as our real estate agent but as a human being. The effort that was put in for us to get our house sold as well as to the new owners to insure a smooth transition was more than just doing his job. He cares about the people he’s trying to help.

When I first moved to Barrhead, I needed help locating a new resident. Sunnyside Realty were the realtors my colleagues recommended. When I called, even the receptionist was friendly and helpful. They gave me answers and suggestions, helping me through the process. I would definitely pay it forward and recommend Sunnyside Realty to anyone looking for assistance with buying or selling a home.
