Budget Car Rental

Reasonable price. Nice car. No complaints at all.

I have to use Budget for work and have found the customer service extremely disappointing every time I have dealt with this location. They rarely answer the phone and don't inspect their vehicles for cleanliness (I have to go out on my own and report issues with the car if I want them to keep them on file). They also do not ever send me a receipt if I drop the car off after hours - I always have to call and request one. All that said, I have to use them for work but would never consider them for my own personal use.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!! IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS. MANAGEMENT STILL HAVE NOT ANSWERED MY CALLS EVEN AFTER I HAVE SPOKE WITH CORPORATE HEAD OFFICE. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE. LONG STORY SHORT I PAID IN ADVANCE ONLINE FOR 1 WEEK BUT ONLY HAD THE CAR FOR 3 DAYS WITH NO REFUND OR REPLACEMENT VEHICLE. SPOKE TO MANAGEMENT ONCE AND WAS TOLD HE WOULD LOOK INTO THE SITUATION, STILL NO CONTACT. I HAVE BEEN REACHING OUT TO THEM SINCE DECEMBER. DO NOT RENT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF.

Very helpful and very nice. They were super accommodating and understanding. All staff were great and friendly, especially Gee.

Worst car company ever! The service was nonexistent and they didn't have a vehicle as promised. I would recommend never using this company....hitchhiking is preferable ....(and I don't think anyone should ever hitchhike)...
