It takes a lot to write a one star review and feel like the business truly deserves the review, and this is one of those cases. The brokerage is not up to date on their rules, regulations, and governing body requirements that dictate and define their business. My home was listed incorrectly and with a major error as a three bedroom instead of a four bedroom search criteria. After providing governing body regulations to my realtor and broker to get my listing corrected, the broker advised that regardless of what Municipal government regulations, Local Real Estate Board regulations, and Alberta Real Estate Council requirements are(after I provided research and evidence); that this brokerage will be following Permit Pro definitions (which is a third party business originating in the Grand Prairie area and not a governing body). Ultimately, making a call like this (1) did not agree with the governing bodies and (2) harms my listing drastically as I can't begin to imagine the amount of searches I have been filtered out of for the past two months. Save your time and investment. The brokerage makes up their own rules regardless of what governs them. Note: My Realtor was wonderful and by no means is this review meant to be a reflection on them.

It's about my bad experience with Colin Hartigan and the way she Dealt with it, unprofessional respond and no respect to my time or to what I have asked for i won't come back again to the office for any business and definitely i don't recommend her to anyone else..

I want to give a huge shout out to Paige Cyr! She was phenomenal in helping make our first buying experience exciting and stress free. She was available day and night to help us with anything we needed, even when she was in another country! I would highly recommend anyone looking for a real estate agent to contact her!
