Go to buget car rentals or anyone else because these guys will just botch the entire experience and charge you for things you didn't do be Cautious when renting from national car rental in Duncan becuase i just rented a car from them and becuase i didnt go thorough the car with a fine pick comb and see some damage that was one there they dinged me for it and charged me 350 dollars for damage I didn't do to the vehicle. I will not be back to this location to rent a vehicle and they lost out on customer becuase i was coming back this week to rent another one

National Car Rental in Duncan, is by far the best car rental service I have ever experienced. I don't travel as much as I use to however, I've used the top 5 car rental services and for me National, stands above the rest. Mark the manager on this location is outstanding! We received an excellent service from him, his service is the way it should be done throughout the industry...

We had a really good experience with National in Duncan. They were quick, super helpful, and had us on our way up to Tofino in no time. They offer after hours drop-off, which was convenient as well.

Amazing customer service from Mark. He went over and beyond to make sure we got taken care of. My mom rented a vehicle from this location she is old and having a hard time to get in and out on a small car but Mark the manager upgrade us to a Kia Soul so that my mom will have a comfortable vehicle for free. He was so nice and even explain to us clearly what we need to know as this is the first time my mom rented a vehicle. When we returned the vehicle we receive the same experience from him. National will be my go to rental agency from now on and I will tell my family,friends and all people that I know the Excellent service that we received and experience from this location .Thanks again Mark.
