What an awesome experience it was working with Dean and Scott at Edge Automotive who helped me find the perfect vehicle. These guys understood the difficult (and sometimes nerve-wracking) task buyers face when searching for the right car. Scott answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns without being pushy while Dean made things happen. These gentlemen went above and beyond what was expected to accommodate my busy schedule and to ensure I would be satisfied with whichever vehicle it was I chose from the great selection they had in inventory.
Upon learning that the emergency tire repair kit was expired in the vehicle I chose to buy, they willingly provided me with a new one. This demonstrates how seriously they take customer safety and satisfaction in the vehicles they sell. These guys put customers first. I will definitely look these guys up again when the time comes to buy my next vehicle.
I had a great experience buying a vehicle at Edge Automotive this week. Dean was very helpful and took the time to explain the CARFAX and mechanics report to put my mind at ease that everything had been meticulously gone over. He was upfront with me about a part that they had to replace and explained that because the rear brakes would need replacing in a few months, he included new brakes and rotors in the deal so that I could get them installed when it became necessary. His pricing was very reasonable, and he gave me a fair trade-in on my vehicle. I was overall very happy about my experience at Edge Automotive and would highly recommend you check them out if you’re in the market for a good quality used vehicle. Bought an SUV from these guys. This place has no bells and whistle's, no fancy showroom, but they came across honest and fair. They had the vehicle I was looking for at a price I felt was very fair. The negotiations were very firm and honourable going each way, no games played. If they had a vehicle I wanted I wouldn't hesitate in dealing with these guys again. I found Scott an easy guy to deal with as was the owner who signed off on the agreement at the end.
As a first time car buyer Scott and Dean were the best. They taught me and helped me so much as i had little to no experience in financing a vehicle. Although the deal didn’t work out for me for other reasons i want to say thank you for all the time and effort these guys put in for me. 10/10 service.
