Purchase + replacement of the tire + casting on the rim made to wait, willingness, helpfulness, speed ... Too bad they only work Mon-Fri, Saturday would be great until 11-12h, maybe in the future.

Absolutely zero friendliness and unwillingness to advise a salesman (referring to the fact that he is not a serviceman / does not understand it and with such questions will not bother him, because he would get every such 5min query and do nothing else - even if he had an empty shop), while paying the chain (which was 3 times more expensive than in another store) did not work the bank terminal, so not even to buy. As a customer, I feel that the seller is focused only on the more affluent customers and advertised from his site that they are "willing to help at any time and with anything" is not entirely true unless you look for a rebate in thousands of CZK. I recommend rather cycling opposite Valášek, which is only 100m away and people have a completely different, more helpful approach.
