This Sunday a had a quite unpleasant experience. I went there to buy new tires, bringing only the wheels with me. The seller asked me if I wanted to change them right away. Since the old ones were already down, I thought that he will quickly put the new ones on a charge a symbolic price if any. To my surprise, it took him ages to put the new ones on and he charged a full price 100 Kč for each wheel. Also, he ignored the rotation of the tires, so one of them ended up reversed. I came back and instead of an apology he reacted very unpleasantly and made me feel that my demand for correction is crazy.
