Bought a bike there yesterday. The only positive thing I can say is they have a very nice selection of bikes. After that it was a terrible experience. I was lucky I had my research done before I arrived. I just wanted to confirm most suitable frame size. Anyway in the process received NO advise, No Service, no offer to fit the bike and when I asked for a discount it was like I had asked the man behind the desk for a litre of his blood. 😂😂😂 He grunted NO to his colleague who translated back to English. He didn’t once look at me, smile or for that matter even thank me. His colleague who had no authority to make a decision was polite. This is not a bike shop in the true sense of the word. Its not for biking enthusiasts. In my opinion they are looking for customers who lack knowledge and they can get them in and out quick and take their money. I would never go back!! And would recommend avoiding!!

Lot of bikes, unfortunately had bad luck with seller - no interest, no info, no fun eventhough we were only ones at the time in the shop. Bought bike elsewhere.

The first visit to Popůvky, where I bought bicycle shoes, was quite pleasant, I was all the more surprised when my husband and I came to choose a helmet today, half an hour before closing time, there were 3 sellers in the store and neither of them bothered to ask us if we don't need help, due to the wide selection we really groped between the helmets for half an hour with a blow at 18:00 one of the sellers shouted at the whole shop that the sixth hour had passed and the opening hours were over. I have never felt so embarrassed in my life, we left immediately and we will never return. The selection is great, the staff would deserve a slap in the face for arrogance and reluctance.
