Experienced stuff, personal approach

I have a conflicting opinion on this business. While in Specialized it is absolutely fantastic, professional and nice service, in Trek I experienced the exact opposite. My experience with buying a Trek bike is such that on the day of purchase my rear wheel fell when the bike was brought up the stairs (no quick release was asked), after the first 20 km the left crank fell (again untightened bolt), the front wheel was centered so that the gap between the rim and the fork was on the left side 1cm less than on the right. I decided to return the bike in the first week and received a completely negative approach. After a long discussion with the store manager, who, by the way, suggested that I solve my bike on a bicycle bazaar as a solution to a problem, and he would give me a discount for the next bike, we happily agreed and returned my money. With them, I immediately went to Specialized and watched in disbelief at the totally different approach to the customer. Gentlemen and Miss Spesl, I applaud you are really good!

I have already bought four bikes here (road and then gravel for me, wife MTB and children for daughter) and always everything ok. But the reason I write this review is their service. I would like to thank an unnamed service technician from the store in M-Palace. On Thursday, I damaged the rear wheel through my fault. Even though the service was full, the gentleman said let me bet on Friday that he would just take a look and say what to do with it. On Friday morning I brought the bike and left it in the store. What was my surprise when the SMS came in the evening that they had temporarily repaired the nut (until the spare part arrives) and I can continue driving. Thanks!

Pleasant professional staff always willing to advise and offer the most suitable solution. Very rich offer of bicycles, clothing and bicycle equipment. If you want quality, then this is the right establishment.
