Good day, I would like to point out a few things that I did not like very much and could even discourage yours from buying. The first thing that can upset me as a customer is when you order goods (in my case MAXXIS Soul Welter 27.5x1.9 / 2.35 AV for 169 CZK) and the seller has the audacity to give me a box with a price of 119 CZK. The second thing is a longer delivery time, even in person. I ordered the goods on Monday evening and the goods were not on Friday evening. To excuse the seller, it was a public holiday on Tuesday.

Even though we didn't buy in the end ... the staff willingly waited for us to pick up a selected bike from the warehouse for testing. Thanks for the helpful approach.

Very nice and helpful staff, I also appreciate the friendly behavior. He is always happy to advise me and if it does not work, an alternative is devised. You can see that they really understand bikes and they enjoy their work!

Great for me. I came with a problem on the head line-up and the fighters didn't have anyone there, so they immediately paid attention to me, explained and corrected me :)
