The service of the bike was problem-free. The communication was great, I was informed about everything that was done, they did a few things extra and for free. I think the price was standard. I can recommend.

CC Brno in general can be praised for a decent range, customer service is unfortunately very weak. Today I stopped at the store (except for picking up the pump from the e-shop) asking for a replacement for the Prague screw connecting the seatpost to the seat. This is an MTB Author Sector (carbon, XT equipment), ie a relatively expensive model from the Author offer purchased in CC Brno. I would expect that the screw - an item worth a few crowns - would be replaced without any problems and another satisfied customer would leave the store at no cost. However, I was sold with the fact that they have nothing in stock and I have to buy a screw somewhere in a hardware store. The bike is still under warranty, however, I waved my hand over it and went to buy the screw elsewhere. However, it was explained to me that this is a somewhat special screw with a different thread pitch. So I contacted CC Brno with a request to order a screw, as it is an original Author (ACP) seatpost. I was told that it is not possible (although the author is the manufacturer and I do not believe that they do not have any extra screws ...) and I have to buy a new carbon seatpost (due to one poor quality screw !!). When I objected that we could solve this with a complaint (even if it means bringing the whole round to the store and waiting x weeks), then an otherwise empathetic and decent seller told me that according to his colleague, the complaint will be rejected. As a reason, he stated that I did not tighten the loose saddle with a torque wrench during the ride. I consider this a complete mockery. I don't know anyone who rides a bike equipped with torque wrenches and yet I don't push it home when I have an Allen key with me. In the final, I had to fix it myself, using a non-original screw that cut through the thread in the mating piece of the seat post on the seatpost, and a securing nut. The value of the material is so low that they gave it to me in a shop with fasteners for free. So, dear fellow bikers, they will certainly be happy to sell you a nice bike in CC Brno. Just don't expect to be interested if something goes wrong. Personally, after this experience, I do not dare to recommend CC Brno to anyone.

Very decent selection of bikes at great prices, helpful staff who will be happy to advise you and not try to sell the most expensive ones at any cost. Just parking is a little worse.
