Better go somewhere else in order to repair your bike. The service is not good at all here (at least in my case), put my MTB for a general check up plus alignment of the wheels, - barely fixed, I checked the wheel on spot to see if they are aligned, they were not, PLUS the pads were touching the disk breaks creating loud sound and the guy working there was saying that's normal, are you kidding me ?! I will not say about the fact that the screws were not checked either plus other important compontents.

I was here on December 23rd to buy ski boots. The boys are pleasant, helpful, they gave me perfect advice, which will definitely be ok for me. After today's all-day skiing, the shoes sat in first place, no pain as in the old ones. Thanks a lot ..... I recommend this shop!

Helia sport never again. I bought cross-country skis for them and had the bindings mounted directly. Their technician, however, did not solve something, so already on the way home in the tram fell plastic cap, without which the binding cannot be opened. Unfortunately, I have not found the cover. I immediately returned to the store to try and solve the problem. The only solution offered was: "I'm sorry, but the only option is to buy a new binding. Yes - it's possible that it was a mounting error, but it's hard to prove it now." I did not buy the new binding, I contacted the manufacturer 's representative and he sent me three free caps for "sure", of course I put it on, of course, because it is really no graduation, she managed herself. In this context, however, the only solution offered by Helia sport seems to be extremely absurd. My second experience with "educated staff" was when I was buying cross-country skis for a six-year-old. "And do you want with or without slip?" the saleswoman asked - surprisingly enough. Other than with anti-slip at the time I was buying in children's size were not produced: / I give one star because it cannot be published without a star.
