Nicest service ever. Went there on a Saturday at 13:30 when no other bike shop is open. Very friendly and competent guys working there. Also they both spoke fluent English. I will soon need a bigger service on my bike and i can think of no better place to go to.

Hello, I have played a different sport for a long time, then hurt myself and now I am turning to my bike (that is, I have minimal experience with goods in cycling). In CykloBella I wanted to buy a pair of trousers and jackets. I believed that in a professional shop I would be advised to make it work. 1. I was not allowed to take off my underwear while testing my pants. Apparently my pants fit me and I was recommended "better liner", elastic pads without diaper for 1700kč. After the first run I found out that the diaper doesn't fit at all and the cut is bad (I bought Crafty). When I was in another bike sport, they noticed it immediately and wondered if someone had sold me that way. 2. In Cyklobella I also bought "šust'ákové jacket" discounted from 4000kč to 2500kč. I tried it, cutting my saddle. But I asked whether it would breathe (light material, but I had no experience with it). "Definitely, this is good quality goods!" was the answer. Now I went with the jacket and after 3 minutes I was sweaty - the material is not breathing, the jacket cannot be worn, it creates a sauna effect. In summary: I am used to paying for sporting goods. But here I paid 4100kč for appalling advice and for things I can't use. Do not be fooled by helpful negotiations. People in this store either don't understand things ... or try to sell at any cost. If you're really looking for reliable advice, go elsewhere. APPENDIX (4 days later): From Cyklobell, I received a reply to my criticism via email. The following sentences have been added to their email: "Our position is that you do not qualify for the exchange of the goods you have personally inspected, volunteered and purchased voluntarily. We strongly urge you to abandon our company, if we do not, we will file a criminal complaint against you and we will be after your financial claim. " That is. they send me a trial for one critical review on the Internet. I don't imagine what they are doing when you want to meet them with real commitments, such as servicing a sold bike. If their response after one negative review is "we will file a criminal complaint" for you, then in the latter case will they do what? Will they send a Russian mafia to customers? :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) But seriously. As I say, hands prefer to leave this store.
