Even though the guy is very rustic and direct and some people do not like it, this guy is the greatest professional I've met in Brno in general. He is meant to fix bicycles and he knows what he is doing. 11/10

Absolute arrogance and unprofessionalism. A good mechanic probably, but that's not enough if you come for the bike on the agreed day and the owner announces that he didn't even touch it and that I will take it away. I haven't seen any communication before. Never more!

Very poor communication and experience, paradoxically in a worse condition than before the short service and unwillingness to solve something.
