No one will see me in this shop again and I recommend everyone to avoid this place with an arch. I understand that something somewhere, but everything can be solved in peace. To make someone vulgar today as a paver for customers is the culmination of everything.

Gentlemen understand bikes, they have always advised me and arranged what I needed or invented. I recommend.

After today's experience with Petr Machala, who has absolutely mischievous behavior, I decided not to visit this store again. Well, admit for yourself whether it is right to attack a customer through the weaving of rims, that he is "torn" that I did not have the rims woven at my bike dealer, ... ?? Are you serious?? And since I was dressed in a company T-shirt, of course the company I work for is "well-groomed" together with me :-). Several times I indicated to the master (I would call him otherwise) whether his behavior towards the customer is correct and appropriate, unfortunately, despite his anger at this fact, he did not even think. Out of his own selfishness, he does not realize that he does not work alone in the company and by this behavior he also harms family members who work with him and other people connected with the company. So dear Petra Machalo´´I heard a lot about you, but today you excelled: -D´´. (I had to give one star to send the review at all!)

Family business ... brothers who know what they mean, understand what I'm doing. He can advise ... build a bicycle according to wishes and a price ... Fluctuations in the conversation are sometimes understandable ... when people go to repair with wheels from Decathlon and other similar ones where the wheels have no idea. I understand that I will push customers to my retailer when people put their wheels in a pitiful state. However, professionalism should be. Who wants to recommend a well-rounded bike.
