Very friendly staff. A month and a half ago, my wife and I bought bikes here. We watched for a while, after a while we were taken in by a very nice salesman who really understood and advised on a professional level. Today I went with the bike on warranty, I had a few requirements, for example, other pedals, etc. I was very happy to advise and immediately delivered the parts. The parts I wanted were in stock. I would like to thank the Kolago team for taking care of us customers. And who wants to complain about the prices and let a professional drill a knee for a few extra crowns to jump into a serial wholesale where he doesn't know what he is talking about and does not approach the proven brands of bicycles in terms of quality and price.

Unfortunately, the service was overpriced compared to the original price (it didn't happen for the first time) by about 20% (it is said that "some" caps were added) and in the final on the changed derailleur it is not possible to shift to the highest wheel, the wheel whistles strangely (which it did not). Despite the warning, I gave Kolago a chance and unfortunately the critics were right. Next time I will try another service.

I recommend this shop to everyone, the friendly staff, they will be happy to advise, they will also get what they do not have on offer and for a reasonable price, I will only service the bike there, it will somehow repair what I consider to be unrepairable
