Owner very good approach to the customer

I wanted information over the phone. Because the "Write to us" probably doesn't work. Someone picked up the phone and didn't even introduce myself. .

DAMAGED CUSTOMER: I had the wheel center, wheel alignment, derailleur and tachometer adjusted. After taking over and after sitting on the repaired wheel I noticed that the front hydraulic brake that braked super perfectly that it did not brake. the next day I found out that the front brake has oversized oil cable. I immediately went to complain to the store where the owner subsequently told me that the brakes did not repair me, and they did not want to talk about it, just the owner added that I can buy there WHY SHOULD I WANT TO SPEND WHEN I HAVE GIVEN IT TO THIS SUPER BRAKE PERFECTLY.FREE !!!
