Sales-oriented. Don't know too much about sports at all. I bought a new bicycle at the store- 'Muddyfox Energy26' Additionally, when I bought this bicycle, there was no check on the status of the bicycle. They asked me to pay for it first. I had to ask them to fill air in both wheels because they were flat. We buy bicycles to ride them, so why were the assistants at the store so careless about this part? Last but not the least, once I asked for my the tires to be inflated, there was NO organization, apparently no one working in the bicycles section that day! I have never felt more embarrassed in a store, when in reality, it is their problem not mine! After 5 days of using it, I find that the front tire is letting out air! On a brand new bicycle! This speaks volumes about the quality of sportsdirect- the cheap prices also mean cheap quality.

I like it a lot. Super quality, many selections and they give discounts always :)
