I bought an e-bike here, it was all right, but in the after-sales service, I warned them that Magura's forks were flowing to look at it. When the bike was picked up, they informed me that the bullet was OK and that they had replaced the back plates. We didn't even talk about doing it. At least they could call in advance if I wanted to replace the boards. At the first ride I found out that the bullet was still flowing. So the journey with an e-bike to a 150 km distant authorized service was totally useless. I'm not convinced they would control the fork.
