Unfortunately, my experience is sad ... I don't know how many people take care of communication with customers in general, but ... I responded to an advertisement where it was not clear that it was a company, so I understood the delay in the response. I'm calling - nothing. Then, when I received contact after trying again, the answer was so harsh that I felt that the person on the other hand was not interested in the business. I'm trying to call again - nothing. From the number, I found out that this is an eshop. so I finally tried to call again. I wasn't even surprised that no one did it again. What made the absolute disappointment a little better was the gentleman who called me back - hooray. The Lord was willing, but ... the goods had already been sold. So I don't know ... :-( pity, maybe I was just unlucky ...

Buying a Basso road bike here was very pleasant. I booked my bike online and then picked it up at the store. Yesterday I tried it for the first time and it's a rocket :) I can only recommend both the store and the Basso brand

I ordered cross-country shoes here. Delivery was very fast and communication exemplary. I even received replies to e-mails on Sundays outside opening hours. Thank you!
