Unfortunately, I have only two negative experiences with Cyklomira. I first bought a Giant Anthem bike in this shop in 2016, and then found out that it had a peeling off piece of paint on the lower frame tube. This defect was blackened with an alcohol marker. Without reacting to the e-mail and admitting the mistake (apparently disguised directly by the importer), at least solved by an offer to return the bike over the phone. Hoping, for example, for a gentleman's offer of a discount on service was useless. The bike didn't cost 100,000. In 2020, the service of the same bike was requested. Significantly higher price than comparable competitors (Giant Store Brno), the discount was finally agreed on the owner's own initiative. The staff accepted the bike for repair, but did not respect the agreement and charged the full price of the service (difference of about 600 CZK). After a long dialogue, a discount of 89 CZK is offered (edit: in response to the answer, I enclose a screenshot with the original price of 3138 CZK, therefore a discount of 99 CZK, mea culpa). I paid, assured that I was paying for first class service, I let be. At home, I find out that one of the pins has a torn Allen bush and is tightened with a torx, the other pin is replaced with another in a different color (edit: I'm sorry here in response to the answer, this pin is really original). Service response: "The mechanic used the appropriate Allen key, unfortunately the screw was so tight that it tightened when the edge was loosened. He went back to tighten the screw, it was in a hurry, so he didn't solve it anymore. I think it would happen to anyone who tried to loosen the screw. " Even if it were true that the screw was tightened harder than it should (which it was not, as it was new and only slightly screwed in), I would assume that at least they would inform me. Of course, don't expect any form of compensation. This is not worn in Cyklomira. Not really to the same river until the third.

They are pros taken for granted. Although in the end, after very long thinking, I preferred another offer, I appreciate their approach and I would definitely buy a bike here with gusto. They have a lot of bikes in stock, they can provide excellent advice and come up with non-standard solutions. A big plus is also the possibility to test selected bikes.

Experience of buying a new bike, when everything was delivered time, proactive behavior, effort to meet the customer. Absolutely without reservations, I recommend.

They are professionals but also the most expensive in Zlin
