I've had several experiences at this bike shop and they've all been very positive. I was looking for a good, cheap children's bike and the owner discussed my options with me (in Czech), even suggesting a website I could buy a used bike that fit our needs better! Later, he helped me service this bike with a minor task and charged me nothing. Finally, I went to buy a kickstand from him and after he installed it I went to pay. His internet connection wasn't functioning so he couldn't accept my credit card and I had no cash. No problem, he wrote an invoice for me and I paid him later. He didn't know that I had already received great service from him twice before. He consistently provides great service and I'm happy to recommend him to anyone! That's probably why his rating is so high!

Great bike service. Mr. Jírový, the owner of the service, is a man in his place. Human, sympathetic, capable and excellent professional. The quality of the work done and the customer's satisfaction are values ​​that stand in front of one's own benefit. Yesterday he adjusted my rear derailleur, free of charge and out of working hours - it is still part of the last service, which took place 3 months ago and from which I drove about 1000 km :-)) Great person!

Perhaps the last service in Prague, where parts are refurbished, instead of immediately being replaced with new ones. The quality of work is precise.
