An amazing experience that I definitely want to share. I ordered shoes in the e-shop, filled in and sent the order, and after a few hours I received information that the ordered product is damaged and I'm unlucky. (Of course it can happen and I understand) The e-mail says that I can choose another product and that's the end of it. (And that it's too sorry for the company) So I tried it differently, I replied to the e-mail with the idea that I would like to choose the same type of shoes, only in a different color, but for the same price as stated for the "ordered shoes". Honestly, I would expect this proposal from the store automatically, immediately after finding out that there is a mistake on the part of the company. And here we have a typical approach to the customer - the official answer: “you can choose a replacement product and we will add it to your order for the price at which it is on the e-shop. Really rude and unprecedented behavior. At the last minute, the rental salesman took a holiday, even though he had personally told us in advance that the rental shop would be open that day. His colleague from the store replied to our cross-country skier at our request that he could not operate the rental system.

A helpful salesman, but unfortunately has nothing to sell. I wanted to buy a bike according to the offer. After an interview between the salesman and the manager, I was told that the bike is in stock in Rudná, but it is not possible to bring it due to a malfunction of the ordering system, which has been going on for a long time. , it can take several weeks. It can be seen that the manager takes good care of the store.

Bad access, I was alone in the store for 15 minutes because the vendors were in the next building. Willingness of staff? It ends with being shown on the shelf where you will be looking. When asked about the service, my colleague the serviceman replied that he did not have time now, the other colleague no longer offered an alternative at all.
