Unfortunately I did not have a pleasant experience - brought set of wheels for centering on which I changed the spokes myself. Once I put the wheels back on the bike I found out front wheel to be offset by roughly 1 cm to the side (see attached pic). On the rear wheel, cassette was assembled incorrectly, 3rd smallest wheel was flipped (see pic), yes, it is possible on M770 cassette. Personnel was nice to me and apologized, even though the apology was for "misunderstanding my request" when ordering the service, though I am not sure in how many ways one can ask to "have his wheels centered" :)

After my first experience I would definitely come back to the service again. They took great care of my bike! I only came up with adjusting the derailleur. However, I was immediately glad to make a few other things as well, to better adjust the handlebars for stability, to compare the brakes on both wheels, or to reduce unsightly bowden cables. I was given a report on the takeover of the bike to the service and the approximate price. The next day I received an SMS about completion. On receipt, I was offered coffee, explained what the mechanic had done, including things we hadn't solved. That he checked me for example the central composition, or tightened the seat, which was a little tightened, lubricated the chain. Transmission of the invoice with a complete statement, payment within the preliminary price. Just for the layman who does not understand the bike so much is this extra service. And I'm glad they not only took care of the bike, but also explained why and what had to be done with the bike. Perfect!
