This is more a shop than a bike service. The shop is large and has nice choice of Specialized bikes. But the bike service is desperate... They are not able to setup a new rear shock without sending it to factory, they don't have even simple screws for specialized bike, you have to order the full set for 1400kc...

A wide range, perhaps a little more expensive, sellers are willing to advise. I was not satisfied with the service: I was poorly braked by the semi-hydraulic brakes. An older serviceman shortened the cables, which did not improve it, he said that he did not know why it did not brake and I paid 500 CZK. I later found out that the brake pads were clogged. It was enough to wash and lightly sand. He doesn't want to drop the whole store straight away because of one incident, so I'll give ***, but I won't visit the service there anymore

Tragic service and total reluctance. Level zero, we came across a neglected two-meter something in shabby boots, which barely opened its mouth and got up. This work should be done by people who enjoy bikes and their sale. A completely unprofessional approach discouraged me today. There are many other stores where there is a well-founded staff and a solvet customer can choose and spend. Phe!
