I bought a motorcycle in Vrbovka, where after initial enthusiasm I also cooled down very quickly in terms of service and tried Yamaha Štěrboholy. So I have experience only with service, where I have no reservations and only praise. Professional, helpful and above all matter-of-fact approach. They helped me in an emergency, repaired the motorcycle after the accident, answered questions. I have no reason to go elsewhere and thank you for the positive experience. If I'm ever looking for another Yamaha, I'll come to you.

My personal experience? No special willingness. I visited the store in Štěrboholy as interested in the FJR1300, which is said to have arrived recently. Only after the arrival of the owner was I allowed to at least sit on the machine and try sitting. It was explained to me that the machine is not registered yet and the ride will be possible only after the engine has been run in and the full purchase price has been paid. It's been about 3 months and no one has asked me yet if I'm interested in a test drive, as agreed on the spot. Gentlemen, think a little there. Even before this visit, I was at the BMW Invelt, paid a deposit of 10,000 in an envelope and was able to borrow whatever I wanted with an impression of generosity and respect for the customer. I will not become your customer with the approach with which I have experience with you.

The first visit did not turn out as I had imagined. Maybe a bad communication. Welcome warmly, but as soon as I wanted to solve a possible control of a strange sound within the guarantee, I was sold to go where I bought a motorcycle with the argument that it is difficult. I don't know how complicated it is, but for me it is easy to go for a warranty inspection and solve a complaint at the nearest branch than to go to the original dealer through the regiment of the republic. In addition, the original seller confirmed to me that I can handle warranty inspections and complaints at any Yamaha branch. Since I have the first motorcycle, I have to choose another authorized dealer who will depend on every customer. I really left disappointed. I felt like in pretty women when they didn't want to serve her :-))
