I am completely satisfied with the GIVE store, I ordered a Haibike e-bike online. I originally had another model chosen, but on the recommendation of Mr. Menšík, I did not hesitate and bought the offered model. Communication with the store was perfect. Bicycle brought by a transport company. Just the instructions .. In the Czech language only a general message. Specific instructions for the battery, motor or LED display were missing. I searched the internet. An initial manual could also be sent with an explanation and a basic description of how to adjust and tighten the handlebars, for example. But otherwise satisfaction. I would recommend the store anyway.

When choosing fireplace stoves and accessories for them, I went to the GIVE.cz store on Poděbradská Street in Prague 9. I did not have general knowledge and I was not well versed in the market and in this assortment. Mr. Sádecký took me in the shop, to whom I have to "cut out" a huge compliment. With such professionalism, interest in the customer, willingness and helpfulness, one cannot just find oneself in stores. I repeatedly turned to him and I always met with the utmost effort to help me choose the goods and provide all the necessary information. The result of his work is that I have a great stove, all the necessary equipment and knowledge. Thank you very much to Mr Sádecký, but also to the other employees who took care of me. I recommend GIVE.cz to everyone.
