I was sent a scratched wheel. The infoline was unavailable without any information on the web. After calling the Brno branch, an incredibly annoying person told me more or less that sending scratched bikes is a standard practice when selling the last (previously exhibited) pieces, which does not seem right to me. It simply tests to see if the customer notices. I give one star for the willingness and communication of an employee of the Prague branch, where I withdrew from the contract. I will buy a bike from a competitor.
I use this place only as a dispensary of goods. Otherwise, I don't shop here, but according to what I see here waiting for advice to come, I rate this shop positively. Funded and willing staff to solve all customer requirements. Well, just happy to see.
Total horror. The worst Parcel Shop in Prague !!!

We bought Giant pedelecs. In the store we have been professionally advised many things that we could not think of. Good price, good communication, good service and willingness. Recommended.
