Experience overall was really good . Staff is really friendly, helped me figure out what kind of bike I wanted . I would say one of the best places to buy a bike .

Unfortunately, I can't recommend the store. I ordered a few things ten days ago. The next day I received an email stating that the goods would be transported to the store I entered for personal collection. Even though I take into account the condition of Czech roads, the period of 10 days seems to me to be too long. No one answered my email question. An unprofessional approach that only loads the competition. Damage.

9 days ago, I ordered an e-shop model 2019 via the e-shop. According to telephone information, the Leader Fox dealer still had 5 pieces in stock. After 9 days and many phone calls as it looks to the status of my order, I learned at this store that the store WILL order it FIRST. All the time I did NOT receive an email from MOJEKOLO Záběhlice with the order number. Mainly I do not understand the ordering system in the e-shop. I order it via the e-shop and the order is processed by the Záběhlice store, where I want to pick up the order. Unfortunately, the seller does not currently have any piece. If the rating was minus 5 stars, I would give it to this store for their NEPROFESSIONALITY. I really do NOT recommend shopping here via the e-shop.

Wonderful staff, quality goods and, in terms of bicycle service, golden hands that will leave behind a quality job. Maximum satisfaction ... I put all my thumbs up ... 👐 ... and one more 👍 as the sincere joy that honesty and quality are not lost here ... 😉
