I have excellent experience with this store. The service of my old bicycle (bike) was always very fast - max. Until the 2nd day and the work was done 100%, I felt a big improvement in riding quality. And 2 days ago I was to pick up an e-bike ordered online. Again - the whole thing went very fast, the bike was super ready (clean, charged flashlight, waxed chains, inflated tires, ... + all documents and papers ready). Very professional and friendly approach, pleasant atmosphere, many questions answered and valuable advice in addition, all explained patiently and in detail. Perfect, I recommend to everyone !!!

Mr. Faltynek personally devoted more than 2 hours to our selection of bicycles. We have never met with such a nice and helpful willingness, service with coffee, etc. Each question answered, explained to us, we could try all the tested bikes on the spot, ride, compare, etc. At the same time help with choosing the necessary accessories, why yes or no, personal advice and experience. The next day we arrived for the assembled bikes and when we found out that they would not fit in our car, Mr. Faltýnek willingly offered to bring them to our house within the hour. Our experience is that one does not change with such a customer approach, and therefore we are sure that none of the negative reviews of this company is based on the truth. We can only warmly recommend this shop, this company to everyone. There really aren't many like that, 1-2 out of 10. Thank you very much again
