Atrocious service from two separate employees. 1. After asking where I could find certain items, I was quickly told "we don't have them" despite later finding a whole section and politely informing them I was rudely told "Well I don't understand that stuff". 2. Before purchase I asked if I could return the items in case there were any issues. To which I was told yes, and I made the purchase on that basis. When I returned with one item, they now told me only an exchange was possible. This level of misinformation and rude attitude is unacceptable. Waste of time and money.
