Very helpful owner and techniques. They are represented in our less known heart brand IBIS, but also the components IBIS, ENVE and TUNE. The owner is a keen cyclist as is. For me, the biggest plus is a mechanic who really plays with the repairs and does not cheat anything (you can see it directly in the shop, it is not separate)
