When I returned and asked for at least a new screw to fix the carrier, your wife, who was alone in the store at the time, could not help me. I don't like that I only received a receipt on receipt and not an account according to which I could complain about the accessories, because after a few hundred kilometers, both lamps installed on the bike terminated their service.
