Annoyed gentleman "behind the counter". It seemed that I should come to the bike service, with the name of exactly what the bike would need. If I knew, I'd probably fix it myself. I can't judge the quality of services, horror behavior.

Very helpful owner, identified a minor problem in a moment and corrected while you wait. Experience is irreplaceable, not as it happens with only bicycle dealers. I will be happy to come back :)
