Great range and best deals on bikes in Czech, often with really good mark downs on previous years models (I bought a 31K Author for 24K). I live in Brno so dont know about the in-store service, but the online order was very smooth and delivery within days, even during peak e-shopping period (covid lockdown). Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is poor response to emails, I sent 3 mails about some delivery issues, 2 in English and 1 in Czech, and there was no response. However when I called instead, the issues were solved very quickly. So not a major issue, just be sure to deal with any issues by phone for faster service. But overall a great shop, we also bought one kids bike here and will definitely cone back for the next size up :)

This was a great shopping experience - they are helpful on the phone as well as in person at the shop. They have a great system during these restricted times where you wait by the door until a shop attendant can tak care of you inside. They offer advice, you can try the style of bike you want, even ride it outside, they fix it up for you and you're good to go. They have a huge selection of good brands and great knowledgeable staff. Recommended!

Hardly ever do I write a review after being asked by the company in question, but I felt this one deserved it. After recently getting into the spirit of wanting to buy a new bike, I visited this dealer in hopes that, not only will I be able to look around the selection, but that they would also help me choose as I am no expert. I got not only that, but more. The personal is friendly, the interior is clean and well stocked with all kinds of bikes, from road through offroad, all the way to very expensive electric bikes, as well as any and all accosories one might want to get along. I am happy to say that buying at this retailer was not a mistake, and am happy that I made this choice. A 10/10 experience, even during the Corona times.
