1st order - 3 days - good. 2d order - 2 weeks - poor, but OK. 3rd order - never finished with no explanation, and ignoring mails with questions.

Unprofessional conduct - order of a bike lock - took them 3 days to confirm the order and on the 5th day, after confirming the order was received and is being processed, I have received an email : “We are sorry but there’s been a mistake, we do not have the bike lock in stock and it would take a substantial amount of time to deliver, therefore we are returning your money, have a nice day” This of course might be an actual mistake but based on other comments, probably not.

it took 2 weeks to send "in stock" items; no communication
