The question is, why does someone who does not understand the wheels even open the cyclo-frames? After a week and a half of regular urgings, they finally offered a repair at the price of a rear derailleur 30% higher than anywhere else, and a rim and tire, no matter where I can get it - they can't deliver. Mr. owner would do better if he sold rolls and stay away from the wheels.
