These guys have extremely mixed customer service performance ranging from excellent to awful. Have been customer for over 10 years,but sadly not after really unpleasant experiences this year. This bike shop is too expensive and the staff can be arrogant and even look down on customer when he chooses the cheaper goods.

From a Western point of view, the client approach is absolutely equal to zero, (I believe any funeral service in Western European countries would be warmer :) but from a Czech point of view, the service is conform to the local standards.

best bike shop ever.. they attended me immediately when i was only passing by prague during a bike trip through Europe. in other shops around the city center they were not willing to help me out concerning the short time i was staying there. IN THIS SHOP they did it in an hour and they even test drove my bike! in other shops they didn't care about my situation.

Very good customer service. Good selection of bikes and accessories.

I've been waiting for service for two months so that they don't take my bike that day (because I didn't bring it in the morning) and they gave me another term in a month and a half. Then Mr. laughed at me that people there are offering them double money to take their bikes for service, so I don't know, maybe he wanted a bribe.
