The worst client service ever seen... not even interested in my problems with my bike. Not interest at all... really pity...

Excellent service and attention. I buy a bicycle in your establishment. And the service received and preparation of the bicycle is excellent. A great team of people who work there. They are authentic professionals.

Today I visited this bikeshop. The salesman was helpful, spoke English and offer me and my gf brand new bikes off the shelf to take for test ride. Other visitor also took test rides. I think this is how bike shop should be with its customers. I will be buying from them 2 new bikes. Thank you.

(18/02/19) I came to Service of Cyklo 69 with simple question. I asked them about fixing bearings (2 pieces, that I already bouht and bring them. Just put it in frame). "For this 5 minutes work we charge you near of 100 +- 50kč." - as told me Sale man. Then, we go to mechanic, who has to fix it. "Service will cost 100 - 300kč maxumum" - told me the Mechanic. I said "OK" and bring my bike next day in ready to service condition. (19/02/19) I came with my bike GT FURY. After 10 minutes tryings to put one bearing in frame the Mechanic told me, that it goes very hard and I have to come back tomorrow.... (20/02/2019) I came back to take my bike. Work was compleated, but final price was 505 kč. When I asked about "maximum 300kč for 5 minutes work" they told me that "we also cut you shifter wire". Surprice! :D In real, I don't get any answer and after few minutes of silence paid full amount. That is my story of experience with this Shop and Service. Anyway, thanks for you work, result of service was good. P.S. Please, next time is better to tell real price or higher (if you can't tell it on first view).
