The store is nice, the assortment is decent, but I think that when you order 4 things out of six when you order and they tell you the rest that someone else bought it in front of you, but it takes time for it to disappear from the e-shop, it's just awful. In addition, we learned this information only at the store after we arrived after a confirmation text message that the order is to be picked up! An unusable e-shop, or rather its website, is therefore a very weak aspect of this company.

Although the shop is a bit out of hand, I recommend to go there. Large selection of quality wheels and goods related to it, really nice staff and pleasant environment. Keep it up !

Very helpful and friendly staff

I had the chance to come across a very, but very nice and helpful lady attendant today who tried to answer all my questions. Pity only shops outside the busier part of Prague ... But who wants a quality bike Bergamont, so he will find the way there ...
