E-bike Excellent service. Needed some new tires and a couple of other things, they fixed it right away while I was waiting :-)

I have a very bad experience with this company. I called them that we urgently needed to change the tires at the wheels of our stroller, sir, that we should come. There was a traffic jam along the way, so we arrived about 15 minutes later, the gentleman was annoying that he was in a hurry, that he had to leave, but that he would look at it (but he had remarks that if it's plastic, he doesn't know ...) . Then, after about 10 minutes, when he had it inside, he came out and returned the wheels to us, saying that he would not do this. Only then did we quickly manage to go to another service, which was already closing at the time, and where, thank God, they were decent and exchanged it for us immediately, without words and almost for free ... I don't know why the master even took it in, when he actually knew in advance that he didn't want to do it.

Speed, helpfulness, good price. On Saturday at noon, our chain broke, we agreed by phone that we would arrive within an hour if Mr. Halík had time and he would replace the chain. Everything went well. I warmly recommend. Thanks.

A pleasant gentleman and a skilled bicycle repairman, Mr. Halík. Most bicycle stores will give you an appointment in 2 weeks, I repeatedly agreed with Mr. Halík by phone in advance to visit and repair on the same day. Pick up in the afternoon or evening, at the agreed time, for the agreed price. I don't go anywhere else to repair bicycles. Many thanks, S.Macánek
