We bought a bike for both children in the shop and when we needed to repair one during the warranty period, his chain was still falling, so they took 400 CZK for the repair, they said it was okay, but the chain continued to fall. When we complained, they claimed that the son probably couldn't change, even though he went to a cycling club and sent us away with it. We put the bike in another repair shop, where they repaired the bike for 300 CZK and it's been fine ever since, the chain doesn't fall. So I really can't recommend the service. I still respond to the service response, the result is important to me, after installing the derailleur in another service, the chain no longer falls. I don't mind if the repair costs something, but I don't mind if the chain falls after the repair as before and the service tells us that the son probably can't change. I believe you really fixed something on the bike, but not what we came to you for. I'm sorry, but the chain crash was just fixed elsewhere.

Today the first experience and dear sellers, buying consumer goods for a few crowns. I will definitely be back. It is a pity that they have more or less the same types of bicycles in their assortment. Some road or Gravel would come in handy.

In the case of three customers between wheels, it was quite a problem to stretch. The prices of bicycles are decent, however, it is better to check the price at the seller or on the Internet. It happened to me that the price of the bike in the store was 5 thousand higher than they stated on their internet pages. However, the sale was made at an internet price. The accessories would incur slightly better prices in some places (compared to the competition).

The e-shop on my mobile phone sucks ... I was close, I wanted to see at the e-shop if they had what I needed, but after a while I gave it up and I gave them the exact way they deserve it - none!
