Unfortunately, the two worst sports shops in Prague are right next to each other. Nonsense is probably concentrated in Kobylisy or I don't know. The staff is conceited, reluctant and the customer feels like a difficult insect to be expelled. This description is common for Helia sport and bike e-shop. You will be so disgusted with shopping that you will return here only in the greatest need.

I ordered a running binding that should be in stock, and unfortunately after 4 days the seller contacted me that it was not in stock. I would expect a faster response whether the goods are or are not, so that I can arrange myself accordingly.
