Good choice of products, but the employees and their approach is quite stunningly bad. Unfriendly, rude and classic soviet approach. I came there to pick up my order and that I looked around for more things. When I asked them something, they just barked their answer on the way. Than waiting to pay, for 5 minutes when we were only two in shop. I paid 2000czk. Owner shut do something about the staff. Hope it'll get better, because eshop is good!

I visited today as I looked at their website and they had what I wanted. I visited the shop (close to Kobylisy metro station), which was easy to find. The shop has good range of products at reasonable prices. Shop isn't spacious as there are a lot of clothing racks in middle of store. No one offered to assist me although I didn't need assistance as I knew what I wanted and found it easily. Girl that served me was pleasant and she spoke English. Overall experience was very good and I would be happy to come here again.

Shop is big and very well geared. You can find everything you need for your bike. Cloths, bikes, tires, bags... But you need to press buttons to get services which I don't like. The personnel could be more friendly

The worst shopping experience ever! Lady behind the desk is obviously not happy with her job and doesn't like customers - oh boy, the customer in the que in front of me had to be even more pissed off then I was... Empty shop, customer experience = 0! It is sad when you are ready to spend 5-10k CZK and you leave the shop with anything in hand because of unfriendly to almost hostile staff. Never ever again! Jumped in my car and drove to Ski-Bike centrum Radotin. Spent all the money there and when waiting for another item I was asked 3x times by other staff members if they can help or assist me. This is how the customer service should look like!!!

Too few shop assistants, there is quite a wait, but they have good choice and fair prices.
